I was you before.

I used logic instead of learning to trust myself. I thought talking therapy was the way to figure out my career, my life, and my purpose.

But it only took me so far.

I could understand my patterns, but I wasn’t actually changing them. I realised; if I want to truly progress, I’d to heal what was underneath them.

That’s when I discovered energy healing.

For the first time, I was healing patterns I didn’t even realise were there, patterns that had been quietly holding me back in my life and career.

And that’s when it clicked. Everything is energy.
